Frequently Asked Questions

Which products can be returned or exchanged?

Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original packaging and the items are in new and unused condition. 

  • Products that can be returned:

  • Defective Product

  • Unfortunately accidents happen. Call us at (855)670-3278 and use option #2 as soon as you discover any defect so we can promptly assist you.
  • Products Damaged In Shipping

  • Sometimes packages in transit can become damaged, please do not install the damaged item and Call us right away so we can assist you in evaluating the damaged product. (NOTE), once the damaged item has been installed, we can no longer file the claim and/or have it returned. 
  • Wrong Product

  • If you've received an incorrect product, and the product does not fit your vehicle, give us a call at (855)670-3278 and select option #2, and we will assist you with initiating the return process for you.
  • Lost Package

  • If your tracking information says your order was delivered, but you haven't received your package it, please let us know so we can work with the carrier to to attempt to locate your package.Products that can be returned

 

  • Products that can not be returned:

  • Damaged or worn products.

  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • Installed Products

  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Special order items

  • Any custom or special oder products are non-returnable.
  • Modified products

  • Any products, that have been modified or altered in any form including, but not limited to, powder coated, custom coated, painted are non-returnable.
  • Oversized Freight or Heavy Items.

  • Any freight or oversized or item or 80lbs are non-returnable
  • Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires:
  • Any electronic part which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • We are always happy to process your return, and we're here to make the experience easy!
  • In some cases, you are responsible for return shipping, but we can offer you a discounted return shipping label.
  • If your item arrived defective, we made a error, or you received the wrong part, we will happily take care of the return shipping for you.

 

Warranty Returns:

  • Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.
  • Please note warranty processing may take 3-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and their discretion.
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

 

Are There Any Restocking Fees:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • We waive the restocking fees if we made a mistake, the product was damaged in shipping, product was delivered defective, or you received the wrong part.  
  • We also waive the restocking fee if you decide to exchange your product with another item (some restrictions apply).
