You can either initiate your return by calling us or submitting a return request by using our online return request form. click here
Step 2: You Must Receive a (RMA#) Return Authorization Number:

If your return request is approved we will send you an email with your RMA# and detailed return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Boxing & Shipping

Place everything that came with the product using its original box and packaging.

Attach the return shipping label to your package. If we provided with a return shipping label your RMA# will be on the label.

If we didn't provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the RMA# somewhere on the packageShip the package to the address specified in the email you received from Step 2Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package.

Your return must be shipped to the return address sent to you in your RMA# email.

If we supplied you with an return label you must drop off your package to either a UPS location of FedEx location depending on who is listed as the carrier on the label we provided you.

If we did not supply you with a label and you are paying for return shipping you must send us the tracking information once your package is in the carriers possession.
