Returns Process


Step 1: How To Start Your Return:

  • You can either initiate your return by calling us or submitting a return request by using our online return request form. click here

Step 2: You Must Receive a (RMA#) Return Authorization Number:

  • If your return request is approved we will send you an email with your RMA# and detailed return shipping instructions. 

Step 3: Boxing & Shipping

  • Place everything that came with the product using its original box and packaging.
  • Attach the return shipping label to your package. If we provided with a return shipping label your RMA# will be on the label.
  • If we didn't provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the RMA# somewhere on the packageShip the package to the address specified in the email you received from Step 2Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package.
  • If we didn't provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the RMA# on the package.
  • Your return must be shipped to the return address sent to you in your RMA# email. 
  • If we supplied you with an return label you must drop off your package to either a UPS location of FedEx location depending on who is listed as the carrier on the label we provided you.
  • If we did not supply you with a label and you are paying for return shipping you must send us the tracking information once your package is in the carriers possession.
